6. SMS/Text Messaging & Consent

ExcelSave may use SMS messaging to communicate with you regarding scheduling, reminders, confirmations, updates, and customer support. We follow strict carrier, TCPA, and 10DLC compliance standards.

6.1 How We Obtain SMS Consent

You will only receive SMS messages if you:

·       Provide verbal consent during a phone conversation

·       Submit your phone number through a website form that includes SMS disclosure

·       Provide consent via written or digital intake forms

·       Initiate a conversation by sending an inbound SMS

·       Confirm via email that you wish to receive SMS messaging

·       You may opt out at any time by replying: STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT

·       Reply HELP for assistance.

If a breach involving your PHI, NPI, or PII occurs:

  • We will notify affected individuals promptly (within 60 days for HIPAA breaches)
  • We will investigate, mitigate, and prevent future breaches

13. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If such information is identified, it will be deleted immediately.
